There are lots of ways to add money to your Account. All of them are available in the “Manage” option of the App when you first login.

  • Load Cash with Phone: You can load $20-$500 at CVS, Rite Aid, 7-Eleven, Walgreens and Walmart stores. Have the clerk scan the barcode . Login to your app account, Tap “Manage” from the home page and then Tap on “Load Card from Your Phone” to generate the barcode
  • Load Cash with Card: Bring your Univision Mobile Money Mastercard card and your cash to any of 100,000 trusted locations including Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, 7-Eleven and more.
  • Load Cash with MoneyPak: Purchase a Green Dot MoneyPak available at over 60,000 locations. Tap “Redeem a MoneyPak” within the “Your Card” app page . There is a service fee charged by the retailer and SSN is required.
  • Load Checks: We’ve partnered with IngoMoneyTM to deposit** checks into your Univision Mobile Money card account. Tap on “Load Check” within the “Your Card” app page and download the IngoMoneyTM App This is a third-party service. No fee for 10-day processing. Fees will apply for instant funding; depending on the check type.
  • Bank or Paypal Transfers:Tap on “Bank Transfers” within the “Your Card” app page to learn how to connect and transfer funds with your bank. Not all banks offer this service. You will need your direct deposit routing and account numbers which you can find by tapping on “Account Number: “Get it Here”. Your bank’s online mobile banking may refer to this as an ACH transfer.
  • Tax Refunds: Direct Deposit your tax refund and get it faster* than a paper check. You will need your direct deposit which you can find by tapping on “Automatic Deposit” within the “Your Card” app page.

The maximum amount for any one transfer is $500 USD and $1,000 per day.

The most common reasons is that the card they are trying to use is not enabled to receive Visa Direct OCT (visa oct Original Credit Transaction) transactions or the card being used is inactive or closed. The recipient should contact their bank or try again with a different card.

Well that is fantastic! You just need to download the Univision Mobile App, follow the instructions to enroll and then provide your debit card to receive the money. That’s it! Yes of course! Tap “Manage” within the “Home” page of the app to add or delete credit and/or debit cards but keep in mind, you can include as many as you choose. When requesting money, you select the card you want to receive funds to with each request. And to make it even easier – you can select one card as  “Primary” card which means that anytime someone sends money to you, the money will be sent to that card.

Though we do our best to ensure this rarely happens here are a few ways to fix it.

  • Check your App store to see if you need to install an update.
  • Logout and close the App and try logging back in
  • Uninstall the App and reinstall it.

No way! To close a card account, a customer would need to call Customer Service. Go to your App store and reload the App.
